With a slat frame, approximately 1 mm thick.
Canvas is wax-lined and on non-original stretchers. Areas of inpainting in scattered areas throughout, visible under normal viewing conditions and UV light, most noticeable along edges, as well as an approximately 1 1/2 x 6 inch area in the woman's right arm and several smaller spots within her body and in the background. A few small, scattered paint losses along the left and right edges. Several small scuffs and a pinpoint accretion in lower left corner, which fluoresce under UV light but do not appear to be inpainting. One shallow scratch in the lower right corner, approximately 3 inches in length. Pinpoint brown spots scattered throughout the lighter toned areas. Several small whitish stains in the lower right corner, within the chair and woman's left arm. Under UV light: the aforementioned areas of inpainting fluoresce. Additional pinpoint spots of painting scattered throughout. Condition is commensurate with age. Additional images available upon request.
